Returns and Exchanges Policy

We only provide quality and professional products, however we understand there are times that you may need to make a return for a refund.

Please ensure you abide by the following –

  • Returns requiring a refund must be made within 14 days of your receipt date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
  • The product must be in it’s original packaging, unopened/sealed and unused condition.
  • Please ensure you enclose details in the the parcel, the reasons why you are returning, and also include your address and contact details.
  • Return shipping & handling charges will be at your personal cost and responsibility.
  • IMPORTANT –  We are not responsible for lost packages, please ensure you keep the tracking number and proof of returns. We  cannot issue a refund until we are in receipt of the returned product.
  • All returns will be credited to the original credit/debit card used at the time of purchase.
  • We aim to process returns within 14 days of us receiving your item.
  • Please allow at least 5 working days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement/bank account.

Exchange Policy

We are happy to exchange any unused products that you may of changed your mind about.

Please ensure you abide by the following –

  • Exchanges must be made within 14 days of your receipt date.
  • The product must be in it’s original, unopened/sealed and unused condition.
  • Please ensure you enclose details in the the parcel the reasons why you are returning, and include your address and contact details.
  • IMPORTANT –  We are not responsible for lost packages, please ensure to keep tracking number and proof of returns. We  cannot process an exchange until we are in receipt of the returned product.
  • If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, we may contact you for further information.

Gift Vouchers

We do not refund or exchange Gift Vouchers. 

Sales Items and Special Offers

Sale or special offer products cannot be refunded or exchanged. This not affect your statutory rights.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or credit card account again.

Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially credited.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Deposits

Deposits will be deducted from the treatment price if the client is deemed suitable for treatment booked.Deposits are non-refundable.

Gift Vouchers

When booking an appointment, the voucher amount will be treated as a partial deposit. If proper notice of cancellation or rescheduling is not provided, or in the case of a no-show, 50% of the voucher value (for packages) will be deducted from any future use. For all other treatments, a £25 fee will be deducted. If the required notice is given, the appointment may be transferred to a new date. Please contact us directly if you wish to make any changes.

Refunds

We cannot offer refunds for any of our treatments or products.

Cancellations

We require at least 48 hours notice to re-arrange appointments. Failure to do so will result in clients losing their deposit. This applies to all treatments including course sessions. If required notice is given, deposits may be transferred to the new appointment date that is booked. Please contact the clinic directly if you wish to do so.

Results

Due to the nature of Non-Invasive Treatments associated with our company, we can not always guarantee results.
